Our diversified real estate portfolio consists of commercial and residential properties, located in growth areas in the Nordics. Currently representing approximately one third of the Group’s total investments, real estate will continue to be an important investment area for the Group through th fully owned subsidiary Songa Eiendom Holding AS.

Our real estate investments are carefully selected on the basis of defined value drivers and focus on durability of income, with an opportunistic approach to all segments within the sector. We never compromise on location and strong local presence. Value is created by combining market insight, capital, strategically located and selected assets with market leading expertise within respective niches.

The portfolio consists of different ownership structures, covering the range from 100 % owned direct investments to JVs, club deals and holdings in industrial real estate developers. We play an active role in all our investments, and strive to contribute with our industrial and financial expertise to achieving the defined goals.

Our real estate team handles the entire value chain covering the investment process, financing, project development, execution and asset management. Business management is handled internally by our management company Arne Blystad AS. Our team focuses on achieving top satisfied tenants and customers, consequently creating shareholder value.
