Sørkedalsveien 8 consists of 10,000 square meters of office space and 116 high-quality apartments. The project was completed in 2017 and was nominated for Cityprisen in 2018. Developed by Stor Oslo Eiendom and completed by contractor Skanska.

Sørkedalsveien 8 is a total conversion of the former Statoil Fuel Retail building, which was divided into two independent slatted blocks and completed in December 2016. One slatted block is a 10-storey office building with a roof terrace.The second slat is an apartment building with commercial space on the two lower floors. The office wing in both buildings has the environmental classification BREEAM-NOR Very Good and energy label B.
