Haakon VIIs gate 1 (“Thiisgården”) was completed in 1959 and was at the time one of the first new office buildings in the Vika area. Today many prominent companies in various industries are located in the building.

The Blystad Group owns and operates the building, and we are also proud to have it as our Group headquarters.

Haakon VIIs gate is centrally located in the heart of Oslo, practical for both business and pleasure.

The archictect was Jarle Berg and exterior decorations were done by Ørnulf Bast.
